Questions, answered.

Which networks can I post to?

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Threads, Pinterest, Bluesky and Mastodon, each through its official API.

Can I write once and adapt the post for each network?

Yes. Write one caption for everyone, then give any network its own. PostLoop checks each network's limits as you type and shows a preview of each.

Can I schedule a batch of posts at once?

Yes. Fill the calendar for the week or month, or give each channel time slots and add posts to its queue.

Can I reuse my best posts?

Yes. Repeat a post on a schedule, with an end date or a number of copies, or duplicate it and change what you like.

Will a post ever go out twice?

No. Every post is claimed before it's sent, and if a network doesn't answer, PostLoop checks before it tries again.

Can I work with an editor or a manager?

Yes. Invite them to your workspace as an admin or a member. Approval steps are part of PostLoop Cloud.
