Instagram needs a business or creator account

Instagram only lets apps like PostLoop publish to business and creator accounts. Switching is free, and you can switch back.

Switch your account type

  1. 1In the Instagram app, open your profile's settings.
  2. 2Find the option to switch your account type.
  3. 3Choose business or creator.

Once Instagram publishing is live in PostLoop, connect the account from Channels.
