When a post doesn't go out
1 min read
Sometimes a network won't accept a post. When that happens, PostLoop tells you straight away, explains why, and gives you a way to fix it.
Find and fix a failed post
- 1A failed post is marked Failed on Home and in the Calendar.
- 2Open it to read the reason, written in plain words, like a sign-in that expired or a picture that's too large.
- 3Follow the fix it suggests, then send the post again.
Once it's fixed, the post goes out as normal.
Why a post never goes out twice
If a network doesn't answer at all, PostLoop checks whether the post actually went out before trying again. That's how it makes sure your followers never see the same post twice.
Tip: The most common fix is reconnecting a channel whose sign-in has expired. See Reconnect a channel.
